Mechanics of doing a job

Fine.. Every body does a job some time or the other. When I was studying in school, i was told that "If i study well I get a good Job". I studied very sincerely(not even copied in exams). But the last ranker in my class in in a better position in than me now. I got a good job as said, but to get in to good position, only education will not help. You must have many qualities. You should be some times sincere some times conjurer.

Since now from the time of my joining i have been in search of these tips.. some times it is sincerity of the people that took them to their respective position. But many times its their abity to speak in a group and make their point that makes them leaders.

Of course the main thing is confidence. Even you do a wrong, if you are confident enough to get out of that situation, you are half out of it. And most importantly , amny think the job as thier life. No job is not alone your life it is a part of your life and there are many other things whihc are as important as the job. If you forget this you end up wornout.Why am i saying this is i faced this situation for myself and at one point that i lost sight of where i have to go.
